How to use Green Mandarin:
Diffuse: add 3-4 drops in your diffuser for an energised atmospbhere
Food flavour: add 1-2 drops to food or drinks* to support healthy digestion
Cleanser: put a few drops in a spray bottle with water and use as a bench-top toxic free spray
Bath: add a few drops to your bath for a soothing soak
