Shipping

Rock Salt Lamps uses Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for delivery, anywhere in Australia.  We are not able to offer international delivery so please order if your goodies are to be delivered within Australia.

All orders are sent within 3-4 business days (but usually within 2 business days).

It’s best to leave a phone number when placing your order, as we place phone numbers on our mailing labels so that, if you’re not home, the courier has the option to contact you, to leave your item in a safe location.

Fastway Couriers is a door-to-door service with full tracking online at http://www.fastway.com.au/1TrackTrace.html.  A street address (not Post Office address) is required and someone needs to be there at the time of delivery to sign for the goods (unless you have left instructions with your order where you parcel may be safely left, or a phone number, in which case the courier may contact you to make alternative arrangements).  Otherwise a note will be left and arrangements made for re-delivery.

When orders are sent by Australia Post, they are sent regular post, unless express post is specifically requested and paid for.  To track your order, go to http://auspost.com.au/track/.

We will send you an email when you order has been sent, which will include tracking details.

Returns

Should you have any issues with your order, please contact us so that we can work out a solution.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that the customer must pay shipping costs when returning an item, as all items are checked and tested to be in full working order, prior to despatch (and are wrapped with great care to prevent damage in transit).  We will process returns once the item is returned to us, in original condition, with all packaging intact.

Our processing takes 24 hours from receipt, so please allow up to a week your refund to be deposited back into PayPal (or your bank).  Please note we don’t charge a re-stocking fee (usually 10%) for returned orders, and the original delivery fee is not refundable.  If you are exchanging your item then return delivery will be charged to you.

We love our products and take great care in selecting and packing them, to make sure that you love them too.
