Description

Black Pepper is best known as a common cooking spice that enhances the flavour of foods.  This essential oil is high in monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes, known as antioxidants.  It is an ideal oil to use in food to enjoy both its flavour and ease of use.

Ways to use Black Pepper:
– inhale from the bottle 
– add to a roller bottle with a carrier oil and other pure essential oils to create your own pure-fume (eg, vetiver, juniper berry, frankincense, lavender)
– diffuse to create a calming aroma and soothing atmosphere
– add 1 or 2 drops to food
