How can you use it?
- apply to the bottom of your feet in the morning to jump start the day (dilute to minimise sensitivity)
- add 1-2 drops into your diffuser when working on a project or studying
- apply to pulse points before participating in sporting events or similar activities
- add a few drops to a roller bottle and fill with a carrier oil, so you can have it on hand throughout the day for when motivation may be needed
