Worry Stone – Rose Quartz

Worry Stones (or Thumb Stones) are most often used for stress relief or when you’re feeling a little anxious.  They’re smooth, soothing to the touch, oval in shape, with a thumb shaped indentation.  Rubbing your thumb over this indention helps to calm your mind.

Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love and is the most important crystal for the heart and the heart chakra, teaching the true essence of love.
