- diffuse at night to encourage a calming environment
- diffuse in your entry to help family and friends relax the minute they walk into your door; or in your office to welcome and relax clients
- apply a drop to your hands, rub together and inhale deeply
- massage into the bottom of your feet during feelings of restlessness or emotional upset
- add a few drops to a roller bottle, fill with a carrier oil and take it with you to use whenever required
