This kit will help you utilise your beautiful Lavender essential oil more effectively.  Add 6-9 drops of Lavender essential oil to the roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil, so you can take your Lavender ‘magic’ with you (adult dilution rate).

Lavender has been used and cherished for centuries for its unmistakable aroma and myriad of benefits. In ancient times, the Egyptians and Romans used Lavender for bathing, relaxation, cooking and as a perfume. Its calming and relaxing qualities continue to be Lavender’s most notable attributes.

Applied topically, Lavender is frequently used to reduce the appearance of skin imperfections. Add to bath water to soak away stress or apply to the temples and the back of the neck. Add a few drops of Lavender to pillows, bedding, or bottoms of feet to relax and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Lavender is known as the Oil of Communication and Calm:  “Lavender aids verbal expression and calming the mind.  Specifically, it calms the insecurities that are felt when one risks their true thoughts and feelings.  Lavender addresses a deep fear of being seen and heard.  Individuals in need of Lavender hide within, blocking their true self-expression.  While they may be going through the motions of outward expression, they’re actually holding back their innermost thoughts and feelings.  The expression is not connected to the heart or soul.

There are so many way stop use Lavender, and these are just a few:
Diffuse: add 3-4 drops in your diffuser for a relaxing aroma
Food additive: add 1-2 drops in cooking to soften citrus flavours and add a flavourful twist to marinades, baked goods, and desserts*
Topical use: apply 1-2 drops to desired area, e.g. bottoms of your feet at bed time, soothe skin irritations, etc.  Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.  Use to soothe skin (take it with you everywhere).
Spritz:  combine Lavender essential oil with water in a small spray bottle and freshen your room, linen cupboard, mattress, car, pillow and bedding (shake before use).
