Golly gosh – preparing for sleep has never been easier with the convenience of this smooth application of Lavender Peace & Valerian Stick (containing Coconut Oil, Tapioca Starch and pure essential oils of Lavender, Cedarwood, Valerian, Coriander, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Elderberry, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Tonka Bean and Vanilla).  You can check out the benefits of all these oils online (don’t take our word for it) and you’ll understand why they’ve been combined in this blend.

Apply to wrists, back of your neck, chest and bottoms of feet (we also wipe it under our nose because it is just so gorgeous and relaxing).
